From Scratch to Story
I’m Camille,
a third-generation Angeleno, chef, and founder of Camille’s Provisions.
For nearly two decades, I’ve fed people on film and television sets, at Vogue World and NBA All-Star Weekend, in the James Beard Foundation kitchen, and around cultural dinner tables across Los Angeles. Along the way, I was honored to be named Chef Andrew Zimmern’s Chef’s Pick and win the King’s Hawaiian Pacific Rim Recipe Challenge.
But my real education started much earlier.
At five years old, I followed my Nana through our neighborhood produce market in my Catholic school uniform and saddle shoes. She knew every vendor by name, chose every ingredient with intention, and taught me that flavor starts long before you turn on the stove. It starts with how you shop, how you source, and how you choose.
As a Black, Mexican, and Italian woman raised in Los Angeles, I learned that food is more than a recipe. It’s history, culture, community, and connection.
Those lessons took on an even deeper purpose through my own experience living with food allergies. I know what it feels like to stand in a grocery aisle reading ingredient labels over and over, wondering if something is truly safe.
For nearly two decades, I’ve also cooked for film and television crews, talent, and clients with every dietary restriction imaginable. Creating meals that were safe, inclusive, and genuinely delicious became part of my daily work. Whether serving hundreds on set or cooking for clients like Vogue World with extensive dietary restrictions, every meal had to meet every need without sacrificing flavor.
That experience became the foundation of Camille’s Provisions.
Born on film sets and refined for real life, Camille’s Provisions is a collection of chef-developed pantry staples inspired by my heritage, my city, and the belief that everyone deserves food that’s both incredibly flavorful and confidently safe.
Every product begins with one question:

If the answer isn’t an immediate yes, it doesn’t exist.
